Book Talk with Laura Knoy The Shopkeeper of Alsace In-Person
Join us in welcoming Laura Knoy to the Keene Public Library where she will discuss her first book of fiction, the historical novel The Shopkeeper of Alsace, published in November 2025, which tells the inspiring story of a Jewish family's resilience during the World Wars in France, inspired by a real woman Laura met as an exchange student.
Laura Knoy founded New Hampshire’s most widely respected and recognized public radio program, “The Exchange,” which she hosted for 25 years. Laura has also worked at the national level; newscasting, hosting and reporting for NPR. We are excited to have her visit and discuss her new novel. Make sure to register and save yourself a seat!
